A/C compressor relocation

Hi,

After a little advice and hopefully someone can help🤞
 

I’m rebuilding my 99 Forester stb and I was wondering if anyone on here has ever relocated the A/C compressor?

im moving my battery to the boot and was wondering if the space left in the engine bay by battery could be used?

I’m installing a rotated inlet manifold so alternator will be pushed over but Would really like to keep the a/c in the car.

any help/advice would be appreciated.
