Impreza clutch pedal spring

Hi, 

 

i have a 1997 Impreza estate 2.0 sport, the spring on the clutch pedal has come off so I took the pedal off to reattach the spring, I cannot now see how the spring reattaches I had it on there but the pedal was staying down as if the spring was on back to front, does anyone have a picture so I could see how the spring attaches thanks
