Turbo diesel - where is the turbo boost position sensor located? (ref to fault code P2564)

Featured Replies

Please could someone help me recify this fault code P2564 which is boost control position sensor - circuit low. I would initially just like to locate this sensor and check the connector.

My car is 2010 Outback 2.0d.

The fault has a appeared coincidentally since i have removed and cleaned the EGR valve, so worried i may have just disturbed a sensor loom in the process.

i should add.

1) I found the fault code as 'pending' using OBD2 and an app.

2) The car drives but lacks power

3) No engine warning light on dash

4) Just bought the car at 95k miles
