When I bought the car a piece of door strip was missing, I have since decided that I don,t like the strips, so I want to remove them. If I remove them will it damage my doors? Gambit Posted October 13, 2013 Share Posted October 13, 2013 I would look at them like you would remove the letter's on the boot. Some heat from a hair dryer some fishing line to cut down then anything from Petrol to WD40, Halfords, Sticky stuff remover. and lot's of elbow grease to remove what is ever left.
