Mobile phonebook download fails

Just bought my third XV which is the 2022 e-Boxer SE.

Mobile phone is Android 12.

Phone pairs ok but phonebook download repeatedly fails. Suggestions please.

Resolved this issue.

Not sure why the problem existed but restarting my mobile seems to have been the cure.

My phonebook is now downloaded into the car Infotainment system.
