Key fob battery 2020 xv

I’ve changed the Battery as per the owners manual. Now neither of them will work. 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ I can get into the car via the key but can’t drive it anywhere Obviously the alarm goes off can anyone help
