60 plated Legacy diesel..does the saddle pump supply any pressure to fuel line?

Fault code P2635 pump A low performance ..

hopefully someone will answer this for me.

the engine will not rev past 2000 ..if it does go higher it will almost die and will take a few seconds to stabilise ..fuel starvation ?

Any thoughts ??

Does anyone know if the diesel Legacy has an electric lift fuel  pump...if so where is it?
