Remove inner CV joint

Hi,

I am in the process of changing my CV boots for MOT and I have changed the outer boot with my boot stretcher but it cabt stretch the inner one enough to get it over the joint, i cant find anything out there on how to remove the joints themselves, so any links or tips would be greatly appriecated thanks.

Update.

Got it sorted, the CV joint comes off in two parts, there is a little retaining clip around the top lip of the joint, pop that off and it hits right off.
