Hi Everyone, I'm new to the forum but have had Outbacks for years. I'd be grateful if anyone could advise regarding problems with H/L washer: the offside washer comes out from the bumper but there's no water at jets, I've disconnected the supply pipe and there's plenty of water/pressure there. The near side washer is working perfectly. The fixing bolt is rusted in, do I need the remove bumper to get access?
