Because I can not get the plugs out of the Left Hand Side I want another cylinder head ,But I am finding it a bit daunting trying to find what is fitted (it is the original  one ) Is a VDAB  different engine to a AVCS engine I see heads with AVCS in the description but not VDAB. Does any one know where I should start looking . what do I look for if thy are not same
