Legacy 3.0L Spec B facelift – sale for parts

Featured Replies

My Legacy has finally called it a day. It had another year of life until something hit the ABS sensor/cabling. It has 12 months MOT as from 29th April 2026. It has done 175,000 miles.

The good parts:-

The engine is fine. It doesn’t use any oil and there are no rattles. It has never overheated. There is a good service history.

The gearbox was rebuilt 24,000 miles ago

It has had all four wheel bearings changed within the last 12,000 miles/3 years

There is a stainless steel cat back exhaust

The wheels are 4 Bola FLE Alloy wheels, 17 inch, 7.5 inch width, 5x100 PCD, ET45 which are just over a year old and in good condition with no kerbing

They have Pirelli All Season SF 3s which have done about 750 miles.

Includes 20 Driftworks silver wheel nuts M12x1.25 and locking key, STI centre caps and 4 76mm - 56.1mm spigots to suit Subarus

It has DBA 4000 front discs

The front calipers are one year old and the rears were cleaned up last year.

It has braided hoses fitted

It has LED main beams

The interior is in good condition and there are Legacy floormats, also in good condition. There is a Brodit mount as well.

The bad part!

There is some rust on the rear wheel arches. More importantly, the rear subframe has about a year of life left, if that. However, that isn’t the whole story. We noticed a hole in the sill near the nearside wheel arch.

The ABS isn't working despite replacing the sensor.

I haven’t got the space to break it, so if anyone wants it, make me an offer. I spent the best part of £1,200 on the wheels and tyres back in January/February so any offer is welcome!
