Featured Replies

What engine oil should I use in the oil change to give the engine protection. Also What spark plugs are best im told ngk pfr7b plugs gapped at 0.7mm.What do use all think

I'd have a word with Tim at Opieoils he's on here has a pist set up will give you the best advice for your car and recommend any offers they have with discounts (Always a good thing :D )

they also do plugs too ;)

I have seen good results with motul 300v 15w50 and millers 10w60.

Plug wise upto 300ish hp ngk pfr6b over 300hp ngk pfr7b and beyond 550hp racing 8s. Varys depending on the year of the car but usually 0.6mm plug gaps if early car (v1/2) 0.7mm v3 onwards.

I went for the pfrb6 plugs.factory set at 0.8. This for my 2000 Subaru forester.I always thought oils like you mention above are to heavy on the engine lol
