splash guards under wheelarch and holes??
When I changed the drop links today I noticed all the splash guards under the arch are really loose and rattle really much, are they all this loose or should I replace all the fasteners?? Also my front wheel arch lips have holes in them, are these for some kind of wheelarch extensions or something.

Drop links changed
Managed to find a spare hour this afternoon to change the drop links on the Fozzy, typically 1 nut was a right €&beep** to get undone so ended up hacksawing it off. Fronts done now and knocking gone, im going to do the rears as well at some point.

Wheels and suspension question
I want to lower my forester and change the wheels so what is the best way to lower it? Is impreza suspension a straight swap or can I just buy lowering springs ( like the old days). I was thinking about impreza alloys as well, do I only need to be concerned about getting 5 x 100 fitment wheels? Appreciate any advice given.

New air filter
What do you think? I asked the guy in the shop if it needs oiled and he said most scooby owners dont oil them as they cause probs with the maf sensor. Is this correct? Should I use it dry when I do clean it?

New air filter
Just put a Pipercross panel filter in the Fozzy, cant notice any improvement in performance but sounds a little bit more throaty.
