  1. When you are used to driving modern cars and hop back in the 25 year old Impreza at night, its lights do seem very dim and everything else is blinding me. I assume the Outback is passing its MOT? Have you parked it facing a wall at night to look at the beam pattern? Is there lots of light bleed above the beam cut off?
  2. My only fob has, this weekend, given up unlocking my UK turbo. Its a GT system (Getronics?) I think they were Italian and aren't in business anymore. I'm thinking that my best option is to get a mobile auto electrician out to strip out the old system and replace it with a new one. I've had a look back through about 7 years of threads for this question coming up but it hasn't come in that time. Is there anything to choose between the alarm systems available? As long as it is Thatcham category 1 will it do the job and be equal in the eyes of insurers? Any system recommendations please? Thanks, Barry.
