Had alook at my injectors and you can see under the injector plug that there yellow injectors and the turbo is a tf035hm carnt see the rest.

I was looking at the td05 turbo front entry and looks a direct fit

Are these engines strong then or a load of !Removed!

When im driving down the road and I accelerate I can hear a whistling noise its not load just light.Im wondering if the turbo was on its way out and if it was I would fit the td05 for future up grades.It might be a boost leak im not to sure.

Is the td05 turbo the same shape as the td04 turbo.Is it a direct swap?

So what engines use a td03 turbo?I hope I don't have one of them lol

Struggling to get the shield off at the minute I don't have the right socket for it.What colour should the injectors be

Mine is also a W reg fozi.Its a black 2.0 s turbo,i looked at the vin plate to get my engine number and I have the EJ205 engine which is surposed to be WRX spec

It has the heat shield over it.Ive removed every bolt but the one right in front of the servo the spanner spins round on it and my socket is to big .The bolt is shagged to be fair.I come from a ford back ground ive driven subarus but never owned one till now.I want to change the timing belt on it but never touched one.Are they hard to change and has anyone ever done one and willing to give me a hand doing the change over,im in Manchester

Found out the way to find out what engine I have and its defo the EJ205 lol.Its wrote on vin plate.What turbo will I have on it though?

Wiki says the EJ205 has the coil on plug.Mine doesn't have that just std ht leads.Am I wrong or is it wiki lol

Yes mate there is so many models of engine its silly lol.After another look in the hand book that come with the car it says I have the EJ205 and the internet says that's the WRX engine

All it told me was the reg and that it was 4wd lol.I have the ej20 engine if that makes any sence.

Mine isn't 300bhp that's for sure lol.It does goes well and handles like !Removed! lol.Just ordered a second hand indicator lens for it as the front is missing from it showing the bulb.The lens on the front fog is missing and I need a washer jet for the front bumper.Some idiot has put to much oil in the engine as well Not sure what the tyre pressures are surposed to be on the fozi either.There 16inch with big tyres lol

It is the turbo version lol.is it the non turbo that has the 177bhp then? Mine is a W reg forrester 2.0

Hi mate im surposed to have the 177 bhp version or what ever it is lol.Can they still be tuned to wrx power.

Cheers mate.Its gots some little things that need sorting out cosmeticly but we got it cheap.Can the turbo be upgraded to the td05 family with the injectors and other parts to make it work
