just spotted a blue blobeye sti on coronation street at kevs garage,is it anyones on here?gee am getting sad watching that
  5. i had a pair on my blobeye i bought them on ebay, they was spot on,made from abs plastic nice and strong,i wouldnt buy fiberglass 1's mate, abs plastic and you will be ok.
  6. i could buy them some good head phones for their mp3 players lol
  7. nice wheels mate, would love to hear the exhaust as well as am looking for 1 for my hatch,i dont want 1 that over powering loud as i have kids in back as well so has to be ok with them in as well as when i;m on my own,add a video to youtube and just put link to it on here :P
  8. yeah mate,I will say though dont use a air gun to tighten them up,i use a tourge wrench and tighten to 80lb,dont let garage airgun them on as they have their guns set on full so can use them on everything and allways over tighten wheel nuts.I like these lug nuts as they dont stick out very far and they are thinner then standed scooby nut which dont fit lots of aftermarket rims,i got these to fit my bk racing eclipse wheels which have small holes.
  9. i have the same nut but in silver as they was the only colour i could find matching lock nuts in.
  10. all my neighbours told me they sold their alarm clock when i got my first scooby lol .when i passed test in 80's and was a boy racer(still am a heart really :D )people said you could get done for exhaust being 2 loud then, but as said popo dont bother unless your being a dic and p them off then they could get funny, mostly traffic cops that can be funny about it.once had a traffic cop tell me he would inpound my fiesta rs turbo and take it apart nut by nut to find stuff wrong becouse i was being a young smart ao,so best to be nice and polite and they sould be ok with you.
  11. their was a sandwich plate on my blobeye and that never leaked,i personally didn't fit it,can tell you it had four conections you can add more stuff if needed like a oil cooler, just make sure you put some ptf tape on the thread of what you connect and sould be fine.their about £10 of ebay,am going to get 1 for my hatch when i fit gauges to it.
  12. Use a sandwich plate on your oil filter. Sent from my GT-N7100 using Tapatalk
  13. I went to look at a hawkeye wrx which was about a grand more then this and was in a right sorry state so i got this instead, the hatch feels like a more expensive car when your in it.also when i swapt my insurance from my bug wagon the insurance for the hatch was £40 cheaper [emoji2] Sent from my GT-N7100 using Tapatalk
  14. thanks i will check it out when i get to work today, will probly just go with a boost gauge as not really anywere to put 3 that will look right.all the shops say 2008 wrx none say a 2007 so i am guessing that 2008 wrx stuff will fit my car?
  15. allready looking for a front splitter, but everyone i have seen is for the wide body version, anyone no were i can get 1 from?,defo needs exhaust sorting as it quiet dont have scooby sound, hate the wheels they got to go,needs a boost gauge, oil pres n temp,i like lots of gauges, get panel filter if not all ready changed, gee the list is allready growing, best not tell the other half lol ;)
  16. Decided to see what the hatchbacks are like so bought this at the weekend.have to say its very nice to drive, pulls really nice, its had a remap got recite for it from scoobyclinic but no graph so dont no power.lets see how long i can have it before i have to mod it lol.
  17. I only clean my car about every 3 week, dont have time to do it weekly and i only ever use waterless wash n microfibre clothes,do's not scratch the paint at all as its a wax as well so once you use it a few time it protects the paint.i use good old fashion soapy water on the wheels though. 18. was that the AA,robbing b****ds them,i use to be with them with their top package,i had a corsa si at time and head gasket went on m1 near chesterfield, pulled in services took them a hour to come, great said couldnt tow me he didnt have the stuff so called tow truck and went,3 hours later it turned up,drive then told me i was lucky as over 30 mile and they charge you per mile to trailer you home.i said what even with the top package drive said yeah any package and if you had to upgrade you have to do it before they will tow,so if you got no cc with you you basicly screwed, modern day highway men them.
  19. I'v fitted some blue hoses to my wagon n black front mount intercooler, both are mostly for the looks [emoji6] i watched a vidio on yuotube about induction kits by might car mods, they tested induction kit, performance panel filter and the original air filter on a dyno and it showed the original subaru filter gave best results. 20. Welcome to the club mate, allways good to see more wagons [emoji2] Sent from my GT-N7100 using Tapatalk
  21. I use this, never wash my car with water,it takes half the time to do with this and comes up great, cheap as well, they sell it in wilkos. You just spray on rub in with a micro fibre cloth leave a min then rub over with another microfibre cloth, job done no streaks and a deep wet look shine, just do a panel at a time. :D
