What have you done to your Subaru today ?
A new fuel filter and a set of wipers to add to that.

What have you done to your Subaru today ?
My old man has changed the diff oil, engine oil, oil filter & fitted a new magnetic sump plug. He's also changed the alternator and aircon belts. Left him in charge while I'm working away, what a lad!

Induction kit. To or not to that's the question
Hi guys, I'm just wondering what advice there is for swapping the K&N panel filter I've got installed to a short intake induction kit? I've read a few things saying not to bother unless your uprating the power, bigger turbo etc, etc. What would you all advise? All opinions for and against are well welcomed! Ant

Hi and Welcome. I'm newish and an ex Honda guy and the banter is immense lol. I recently got a blobeye STI for around 6.5 so they are achievable. I know there is a rebuilt one on ebay down south for 6.5 at the minute, it had a front end smack and they show the photos from before and after. I hope you find what your after! Which Honda's did you have? I had an S2000 before my MB6 with an Accord 2.2 type R conversion.

what your thoughts on spoilers
Love the spoiler, not sure about the piece on the back of the roof though. I was considering one in carbon but waited to see one on a car, made my mind up now! Lovely clean car though

Subaru WRX Blobeye Progress Thread
Loving the mods! How did you mount your front plate? Is it just 3M tape?? Mine has the tape on then they've bolted it in and its pulled it down at a stupid angle nearly pulling the tape off, it looks crap! I was a bit worried about just taping it on in case it comes off!

We need to get something sorted for the north east guys! We can't be missing out on all the action haha. We have some cracking motors on this thread, I'd love to get a look at some of them and see what mods everyone is running. That's a tidy Hawkeye Jamie_uk, very clean. Painting stuff definitely counts in my book.

Thank you all for the warm welcomes, especially Piggysniffer with his Scooby pirate based welcome! It's a shame the Japshow is the only real event, is there a way to gauge interest for track days? Or do i just start a thread and see which other track nutters are on? I'll be trying to do as much as possible with the car next year. I'm an ex honda nutter so you'll all have to forgive my past sins haha. Thank you for your nice words on the car, I'm as proud as punch rolling about in it!

Hi all, Long time admirer, first time owner! I've heard good things about the forums on here so here's to hours of scrolling and hopefully not too many annoying questions! I've just got myself a 2004 WRX STI and I'm planning my first big service and getting rid of a few rusty bits this winter ready for some spring/summer play next year. I'd be happy to know of any track days you'll all be attending next year to learn a few tricks and pick the pace up a bit as I'm still learning the car at the minute. Here's a shot of the beast for you all.
