Squeaking seat belts - how to 'lube' them

The front two seat belts squeal like you wouldn't believe everytime you pull them to put them on. I am presuming it is just a case of getting some lube on the roller part.......so the question is how do i get that roller bit? Where are the screws etc which need to be removed from the relevant panel.

Cheers.

Ah no. I've sorted mine....you pull off the plastic guard (running from floor up to the seatbelt holder) and then shave off a plastic bar inside it that the seatbelt rubs against. Let me try and find a link. It took me 5 minutes to do
