David in Hampshire Posted December 10, 2014 Share Posted December 10, 2014 Hi folks Under the bonnet today to find grease over the back end on the passenger side - the gaiter has split. I'm told to get a genuine part but that it's a bugger to fit. Has anybody done it? Got any advice? 1.5 GG series, 2006 wagon. With an automatic box. Gambit Posted December 10, 2014 Share Posted December 10, 2014 Yeah it's a pain mate I looked at mine and took it to the garage when mine ate itself. Think it was only about 60 quid but turned out my track rod end was on its way too. So I had that done at the same time.
