hi guys,

 

i've a 2012 version of the the diesel forester.

i was washing it the other day, as i work in a quarry, and it gets destroyed regularly, and noticed that there's no screen or filter on the air scoop in the bonnet. is this normal, or is something thats gone missing, and i'm only noticing it now? is it something i should look into as there's often a lot of water splashed up on the car, lashing around in conditions like the quarry, which i'll admit, is hard not to do as its such fun!

 

 

No they don't have them seems daft really,

There are after market ones available or you could make your own out of a mesh you can get for auto factors,
