Hi guys I'm wanting to lower my forester it's a 1998 s Turbo auto iV been told I need impreza 02 onwards suspension stuts is this right ? Also will they bolt straight on or do I need to change top mounts , iV been offered earlier suspension from a 98 impreza what's the difference thank you Karl

Hello, the fronts tops and rear are different, the front uses the same as the classic impreza whereas the rears use the same shape topmount's as newage cars, you're best off getting ones from a wagon as the rear springs will be stiffer and the are won't droop as much
