WideSam Posted February 27, 2015 Share Posted February 27, 2015 I've got 18s on my bg5. Current tyres on it are 215/40/18. Anyone know if 225/40/18s will fit? Or how much they'd rub if they don't? Some people have rubbing on the rears and the arches need rolling but it's easy todo.when I went from 215 to 225 it was a vast improvement, I am using Goodyear's latest tire which is just as good in the wet as in the dry and highly recommended 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's just a case of needing something legal tread-wise, even if there is some slight rub on full lock or whatever, that I can readily get part worn just to tide me over for a month or so.
