like to know the standard tire sizes of the Forester MY06 - MY08 both NA & Turbo

 

as it's time to change the tires (215/60/16) on MY06 XC i would like to know if a MY08 XT has the same tire size. this because i might going to buy a XT by the end of the year and if so transfer the tires too.

Done a quick search and came up with:

 

205/70/15

215/60/16

 

Not sure if that's correct but alloys for that car seem to come with them sizes.

I think the xt sits on 17" as it has four pots on

My 2008 SG9 XTEn runs on 215/55/17's

ok guys, thanks for the replies as i understand the XT has 17" rims and not 16" rims my XC has.

 

so that means i'm not going to spend lots of £ on tires ;)

now driving a couple weeks with the Nexen tires and have to say they are very good.

 

low noise and better MPG. also i had to get used to how low the rolling resistance is when releasing the accelerator
