matmidgley Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 Has anyone fitted and can confirm the part numbers? camskill are useless even tho they are listed on the kyb website as being compatible by my chassis number and number plate they wont say they are, they claim there is 57 variations on the kyb catalogue it lists them as 324030 324031 324032 324033 I believe I need the new bump stops for the rears that they list in the catalogue from what I have read on forums so far
Gambit Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 Not sure mate sorry hopefully someone might have more knowledge :D
matmidgley Posted July 14, 2015 Author Posted July 14, 2015 i think its right anyway, going to put em on with lowering springs so wont be ordering till the end of the week. unless someone says otherwise.
Tidgy Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 Could always ring KYB direct, make sure it's not for STI fitment, will be different on yous
matmidgley Posted July 15, 2015 Author Posted July 15, 2015 Yeh can go on the kyb catalogue and enter vin to search and they come up on there so think it's ok
Tidgy Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 iirc the two different codes, eg 334461L 324033L are for two diffrent spec shocks, excel g and a another
matmidgley Posted July 16, 2015 Author Posted July 16, 2015 Yeah excel g and ultra Sr which are better for lowering. I just mean the hawkeye are inverted type from what I have read, and kyb didn't used to list them in the catalogue until recently. But now lists them as compatible for all. But I think they are not inverted but still fit from reading on other forums. Just wanted to check with someone that had already fit them
Tidgy Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 other than what it says on there cant help im afraid :( i know it was a ball ache trying to figure out the right ones for my mrs gx
matmidgley Posted July 16, 2015 Author Posted July 16, 2015 No worries mate cheers, they out of stock anyway so gonna have to wait a little longer
Tidgy Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 could always go down the route of a full set of pedders, comes as a complete unit for each corner, shocks, lowering springs and top mounts. 1
matmidgley Posted July 16, 2015 Author Posted July 16, 2015 Might go down the coilover route, I get impatient and there is no eta on stock. So will have to sell my springs as too late to return them
