What is the antenna on the rear side window

Featured Replies

The antenna is broken, I am assuming it is for a previous occupants phone setup, but not sure as my sat nav also doesnt work (I do not have the DVD to check if it works).

If it is a phone system since removed, im not concerened.  But I was going to try and get a DVD for the sat nav, but if this antenna is for the Sat NAV and has been removed it wont work any way so what's the point!

I dont have a picture as im at work and the car is at home but will get one uploaed later.

Any advise will be appreciated.

Thanks Greg

Reception is fine. The antenna is an external one not built into the rear side windows.

Anyone know where the sat nav antenna is so I can be sure.

Could be anywhere according to the Internet, main computer in early models is under seat with gps receiver in back of car, some have it in the dash and others centre console by all accounts
