peejay Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 My nearside front fog light on my 2008 SG9 has a corroded reflector. I am thinking of replacing it, but looking in the service manual, it refers to front bumper removal to extract it. Is this really necessary or can I reach it from inside the front wing having removed the liner?
stants Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 Possibly, worth a try I know on mine I can reach right through from the arch (I have a hole) Saves Tring to dismantle the entire front end
peejay Posted October 6, 2015 Author Posted October 6, 2015 Cheers, Stants. I'll rummage around under the wheel arch first.
bitman Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 funny i have the same; My nearside front fog light on my 2008 SG9 has a corroded reflector.
peejay Posted October 9, 2015 Author Posted October 9, 2015 I did think of getting one of these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/361383863841?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT But on closer inspection the eBay one appears to have some sort of diffuser in front of the bulb, whereas mine just shows the bulb inside the reflector.
