As long as the vehicle is factory standard and the dB reading logged with said vehicle. As all vehicles are different weather it’s a bike or a car or a lorry. It’s what the reading is at factory

Yes cars and things like that should be fined load then bikes put car do not get hit by load bikes unlike bikes who have quite exhaust car driver hit them but not load bike cos they hear them coming and look for the bike so car no load exhausts but bike have them so car driver see them , , ,,,,,,,,,look for the motorbikes please
