How is this method, is it safe and to me it seems really simple!

Align the notches and losen away.

If the cams misalign align them by:

Looking from the front:

Right exhaust cam : ANTICLOCKWISE ONLY

Right intake cam : CLOCKWISE ONLY

left intake/left exhaust : Anyway

This is taking into consideration everything being aligned in the first place before taking the tension of the tension which causes a bit of a slip
