Can anyone help with the paint code for my blue legacy? Also, where's the best place to get the paint for decent price?

Hello, Open the bonnet and on the suspension tower you'll find the cars vin plate on there will be the paint code, as fir getting paint are you after a touch up or enough for a respray ?
