Afternoon peeps

after being given a none running 94 Impreza wagon last November I finaly have the engine running *round of applause* but now it's time to change the oil, up until I got it running it hadn't started in over 5 years, it has covered 130k and I have no idea how many mods it has (the previous owner bought it then parked it up and left it) so I was wondering, what is the general consensus to the best oil to use?
