Forester sports cat downpipe

Looking at getting myself a new age Impreza sports cat downpipe and straight through centre pipe. The plan is to keep the original forester back box. I have a 54 forester. 

Will a single sports cat without a remap pass MOT and will all these parts fit my car

It may pass an m.o.t it may not, (speaking from experience)

Not sure about the length on the mid section on an impreza it may be a little shorter, not sure to be honest
