Oil would be a 5w-30 fully synthetic, loads to choose from depends where you shop, I used Mobil and Castrol most frequently.  Opie oils is very easy and will supply a Subaru filter too. 

Spark plugs would be NGK ILFR6B, again Opie would supply.
