Hazel Posted June 6, 2017 Share Posted June 6, 2017 Evening all, my sat nav has given up on my 8 yrs old Subaru Outback. The screen reads "NOT MAP DVD" & is black other than that. You could try a reset, there should be a small hole on the face near the disc loading slot - push a paper clip or pin there to reset the drive. The drive ought to be in the glove box/cubby. Ok, so i found the drive, it was behind what looked like part of the radio fashia.I inserted another disc, there was one in there already, & now it works ok.
