grawe Posted May 22, 2018 Posted May 22, 2018 Hi guys, is it possible that my ignition coil pack (Impreza WRX 2005) has been damaged during accident? had not so big bump with another car, and it started playing up straight after that, but the repair center says 'it's not related'... Any opinions, experiences? Will be grateful for any help. thanks
Ric Posted June 4, 2018 Posted June 4, 2018 I would have thought it unlikely, the coils on the newage are pencil type on the individual plugs. Might be worth while checking all the connectors, and the coils themselves just to make sure everything is seated ok from the impact, and not just jolted loose. It would be just like it to order parts, and find it was just something out of place. 2

grawe Posted January 3, 2019 Author Posted January 3, 2019 Hello everyone ,sorry for long delay......... problem with my car was wrong timing, apparently the pulleys were not tight enough after replacement of timing belt. During the bump, the timing belt jumped out. All fixed now, so far working great 👍
