I'm Joe and recently just joined this forum so Hello =).

 

I have been looking at a few cars.

 

M135/M140i, golf gti/r seat seat cupra to upgrade from my mini cooper s.

 

I also stumbled across the 330s hatchback which I never really liked but has come to grow on me significantly.

 

I was also looking at a 2005 subaru import and was looking at this one in question in particular.

Does anyone have any suggestions etc or advice on what to look out for. What sort of price bracket this should be in I dont know if thats expensive etc?

 

A subaru may also be better option for me too than the other cars as my dad has owned 2 imports also which Im sure would go down well if i joined the club !

My advice? Don’t buy from Cheshire Perfomance no matter which you get!

It’s one of those that’s gone bankrupt and set up under numerous new names many times. Heard loads of reports from people buying from that same company (& it’s previous names) where engines have blown + other issues.

When I’ve been buying before, always been warned off them. Obviously not all of their cars can be bad but it’s a higher chance you’ll get a bad one.

No probs. Yea it's a shame because I've seen loads of theirs which I thought looked good but not worth taking that chance really.
