bugeye help!! no lights working...

Recommended Posts

hello everyone,

i brought a subaru wrx bugeye 2002 from auction and i towed it home and i started it and switched on the lights but nothing is working..

ive checked the fuses and the two 15A ones for the headlights have no volts going to it and the 10a ILLUM fuse inside the car has no volts getting to it..

can anybody lead me to the right direction??

thanks

My guess not a very good one is a faulty relay

Does your break light's work at all. And have you tried the parking light switch and hazard switch ?

And I would have a look at all the wire's and wiring harness to your light's front and back see if any have snapped

ive swapped around the relays and nothing..

there is no power at all.. i used a multimeter to measure volts but nothing.

is there any relays inside of the car that can cause it?

if any where will they be located?

thanks

Only fuses that I can think of inside the car.

I would check  all the wire's and wiring harness to your light's front and back now then. Even if they break at the back it will effect the front and the dials. Not sure why :) But that would be my next to do list

thanks for the info mate,

on sunday im going to take a look and try find out what exactly is happening,

it was involved in a accident at the front and im thinking that a wire or a earth cable might have been broken or cut.
