Hi,

I have just experienced a problem with my battery.  It is also showing a brake warning light.  The power steering is no longer working.  Is the brake warning light connected to the battery issue?  Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Have you run any diagnostics?
Could be any number of things,
How much brake fluid is in the reservoir, is it below the min line ? How's your brake pads looking? Do you know anyone with a cheap one reader ?

I'd have a look at all the above, read the codes see what comes up or anything obvious 1st
