Bugeye arm rest extension question

Evening all.

I'm looking at this part on ICP (https://www.importcarparts.co.uk/parts-info?id=13586&cat=0&sub=0&sec=0&var=0&dc=&gen=&searchKey=&searchPart=J2010FE022), however it says it's for LHD cars only.  Does anyone know what the difference is?  I can't see how it would be different with the latch etc being in the centre and not offset like the later cars.

Or is there's a part number kicking about for a RHD version?
