Outback rear windscreen wiper

Can anyone tell me how to remove the back panel to get to the rear wiper motor without breaking the fixings? The washer works but the wiper doesn't. The fuse is OK.

Check the wires in the two rubber boots, one near each hinge? The wires in them tend to break.

don't think i ever done a outback or forester rear wiper motor but that wiring takes a right beating if boot used a lot and we done lot of repairs to that issue over the years ...
