Hi everyone, 

I am the new owner of a 2001 Subaru Impreza wrx sti jdm. The vehicle has 63k and is almost completely original. I know it would benefit from a complete re spray but at the moment I need to address the small rust patches on the rear wheel arches. 

From the inside it appears very clean so could be just surface at the moment. 

I have taken it to two car body repair shops, one stated that it needs welding and the other was honest enough to say he was too scared to touch such a classic car. 

Is there anyone on here in the East Lothian area that knows a specialist that could do the car justice. I am willing to take the car a reasonable distance to get the right person for the job.
