Hello. Please could someone help?

I have sold my discovery and am looking for a Subaru to take its place. However, I have not had one for a number of years and am very rusty on the models could some one advise?

I have on my list - 

Outback 3.0RN 2006

Legacy 2.5SE 2007

Outback 2.0d 2009 (newer shape)

Legacy 2.5 ISE Nav plus 2010

Outback 2.0d 2010

All are around 3500 - 4000 depending on mileage. I am good with assessing condition and can make a price judgement re mileage but, what’s the best model. I am fine with either an outback or a Legacy as mild off road is all that’s required. I just don’t know where to start on reliability of the various engines. Thanks very much for helping.
