I have started a petition to try to get the government to sort out the modified car insurance cost to help lower the cost of insurance for modified car and show cars. Hopefully it works and they can help to lower the cost of cover for basic modification done to cars. If it works then the insurance would be lower for us that modify our cars within the road traffic act.

P.S hopefully this wont get deleted.

hi do you have to pay non performance mods or does any mods = higher insurance.

It depends on each individual insurance scheme and they all have different ways that they rate modifications. There isn't one blanket term.
