Back in July I had the DPF cleaned using a 3 stage process, this cleared the problem, however 2 days ago the light is flashing again.

Do the DPF cleaning fuel additives work?

I have followed the procedure to force a regen, but how do I know if this has happened, as the light is still on?

I have 92,000 on the clock, is a new DPF needed?

Trying to avoid paying out a small fortune for a new DPF, any help appreciated.
