Good evening fellow Subaru owners.

I'm sorry to put this in my 1st post, just signed into the forum.

I've been an active member of VXROnline for many years and I know forums are a great way of gleaning knowledge of your cars , I NEED HELP.!!!!

My 2007 spec b 30r is just not playing ball.

The key fob was being a pain for the wife to press and uock. SO, I changed the Battery

NOW,it's not syncing up with the car and won't unlock or turn off alarm or the immobiliser. I've used the key to unlock in the door.

I've put it in the ignition and turned the car on ALL while the alarm is going.

Pressed the unlock button whilst in ignition and nothing helps.

Is here a way of getting the key back in sync.??

ANYONE HELP.

PS,I don't have a 2nd key to the car that ACTUALLY FITS anything. Also, my service book does NOT tell me the key code. I'm stuck.

Tia Mick.
