Rear subframe bushes on an XV

Ok so it looks as though my rear subframe bushes are away on my XV. I am thinking of fitting the Whiteline poly bushes. Has anyone done this job and how did you do it?

im wondering if it can be done with the subframe in place rather than dropping the whole rear end of the car.
