Hi, I've got a exiga 2010 sti version. I need to replace pads and discs but was wondering if any other models share the same parts so I could then search for performance discs and pads.

Finding it very difficult to confidently search for parts especially any performance parts.

However I'm sure there's some models that have exact setups the same as the exiga just need to find someone knowledgeable enough to advise me :(

I used Autodoc for spares.

High performance might be the wrong approach. 'New' will certainly feel a whole lot better, and be more effective.

Most disc brands are good.  Don't be put off by Pagid, Delphi or similar because they're great - I used Pagid.  But it you do want to spend then ATE are fab, followed by the likes of Brembo.

You won't see any benefit in drilled or slotted discs.

Pads.  ATE.  Others like Blue Print, Delphi and Jurid all come from the same factory.  Brembo are way too dirty/dusty.  Don't go for carbon or fancy stuff, just use good regular pads.

Change the brake fluid.  4.1 and ATE is reasonably priced.

The Exiga is based on the Legacy so sort your year and model, and look at the dimensions.  They share parts.
