Can anyone please tell me how to get at the SAT Nav Receiver on my 2011 Legacy Nav 2.0 with the factory-fitted Fujitsu Eclipse nav unit?  It is getting no satellite reception at all.

I know it is under the dash but I don't know how much of the dash I have to remove to get at it.  Some say it is magnetic and fitted above the radio.  Others say it is behind the speedo. 

Will I be able to reach it by removing the glove box?  I am scared to prise off the centre console because the dealer who sold me the car new, cracked the original bezel and tried to get away with it, and it must have got more brittle after 12+ years.
