diesel head bolt torque

after my glow plugs fell apart, had to lift off heads,.but what is the final torque figure?Don't mean the pre stretch .

So far I have done the middle two to 25ftlbs and the other four to 11ftlbs all plus 90 + 90. but they seem really loose compared to the

hernia inducing strip down.

found the correct head  torques....nothing like the suggestions from videos.
