2010 impreza with strange issues

Hi All

I'm not sure I'd anyone has encountered this issue before so I'm just throwing this out. My 2010 subaru impreza 2.5i premium, is having some power issues, like there is no power in the engine or so it seems. There has been a couple of interesting things that have happened thus far: my steering stiffed up randomly turning left going about 25 mph, my radio seemingly has a short so it will automatically go to my 3rd saved station every start up and does not save any station anymore, and of course the lack of power in the engine overall (it struggles pretty good going up a 7 grade, can't go over 50). I think it my have something to do with the EPS but I'm not entirely sure.
