The 4 year lease on our Gen 5 Outback, one of the best family cars we've ever had, is coming to an end soon and I have 3x Vredestein Wintrac Pro 225/60 R18 surplus to requirements. 

Bought new for winter '21/'22 and fitted each winter since except this one. Reason being I had an unrepairable puncture in March 2024 just before they were due the summer swap. Hence 3.

Last Hometyre report from December 2023 showed them as still having 8mm of tread so I'd say there's 7mm left.
